The goal of the Newburgh boutique, said Owner Amal Ishak, is to provide women in the Hudson Valley and beyond with trendy fashions, many of which come from the aforementioned fashion capitals.

Ishak credits her success -- the store is less than a year old (it opened Nov. 5, 2016) -- to loving what she does. "We live and breathe fashion," she said. "Every item in our store is handpicked by myself and my right-hand woman,  Store Manager Tiera Nolcox.

"I truly love coming to 'work' and sometimes, I can't believe that I do this for a living," she added.

"It's been such a dream, and I am very blessed I get to share it with people that love what we do."

Trending now: Leisure suits, vintage-inspired outerwear, and feminine tops with ruffles and pleats.

"This season we are loving edgy yet feminine tops, motto leggings, cool denim jackets with pearls, and lots of layering," said Ishak.

The New Windsor resident also owns Cream Kidz specializing in personalized, custom-made clothing and accessories. The store is co-owned by Venera Nenna and is located at 89 Liberty St.

Top sellers there include custom birthday sets (onesies/shirts, tutus, and headbands to match any birthday theme), specialty occasion dresses, and personalized take home outfits/ baby showers gifts.
