GOSHEN, N.Y. — Although the LEGOLAND New York theme park is still inching closer to obtaining construction permits it needs to be built just outside of Goshen, it's nailed one thing down — its water and sewer service
The Goshen Village Board has agreed with Merlin Entertainments Group to supply the 521-acre site with said service, The Chronicle reports.
Merlin will pay $6 per 1,000 gallons of water usage and a water unit charge of $19,000 yearly, the article says. For sewer service, it will be $9.20 per 1,000 gallons of usage, along with a sewer unit charge of $272,000 annually, according to The Chronicle.
