Coffe In The Park: Newburgh Council Approves Seasonal Cafe In Downing Park

NEWBURGH, N.Y. – The Newburgh City Council approved a seasonal cafe in the shelter house structure in Downing Park on Monday, according to the Times Herald-Record.

The Olmstead Vaux Shelter House Café will offer beverages and sandwiches between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. with 10 percent of the profits going back to the park, the Herald-Record reported.
