ORANGE COUNTY, N.Y. – Twelve dogs that were ushered out of the Houston-area in advance of Hurricane Harvey will arrive in Orange County on Tuesday and the Hudson Valley SPCA needs your help to care for them.
The SPCA is looking for blankets and bedding, Purina dry dog food and monetary donations to the medical fund.
These dogs were not lost in the storm. They were tagged for euthanasia to clear the shelters before the storm hit.
