Mark Hale, 29, Former Monroe Resident

MONROE, N.Y. – Former Monroe resident Mark Hale died on Monday, Aug. 21. He was 29.

Son of William and Debra DeNoia Hale, he was born Sept. 10, 1987 in New York City.

Mark was a graduate of Monroe-Woodbury High School and Brooklyn College. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Monroe and a member of the N.R.A. He was a Steam Fitter with Local Union #638 out of New York. Mark adored his family, friends and his beloved Jackie. He was an avid fan of movie, music and the New York Jets.

Survivors include his parents William and Debra Hale of Monroe; his brother Keith J. Hale of Virginia Beach, Va; his fiancée Jacquelyn T. Rizzo; his grandparents: Therese and Bernard Grant, Ralph Hale, and James and Jean DeNoia; his aunts, uncles, cousins, and future in-laws: Joseph and Theresa Rizzo of Monroe. Mark was predeceased by his English bulldog Molly Bear.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 25 at Smith Seaman & Quackenbush, Inc. Funeral Home, 117 Maple Ave. A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 26 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 21 Still Rd. in Monroe. Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope.
