What Makes It Patty Perfect: The burgers here feature natural black Angus beef from the Hudson Valley, raised locally on a small farm in Ulster County. All beer is raised without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones.
The "Running with the Bulls" menu items include, among others, the "No Bull Burger" with frizzled onions, roasted garlic horseradish spread and Monterey Jack cheese on a Brioche bun and the "Surf and Turf Burger topped with poached lobster, Béarnaise sauce with lettuce and tomato.
The Bullroom, with its Speakeasy vibe, also includes a host of small plates, sandwiches, salads, steak and seafood as well as craft spirits mostly local and from New York State.
