Thousands Without Power, Roads Flooded, Schools Delayed In North Jersey After Storm Rain from a Sunday, Dec. 17 storm closed roads and delayed school openings across New Jersey on Monday, Dec. 18. Flight Attendants Hospitalized After Being Exposed To Fumes At Atlantic City Airport Three flight attendants were hospitalized after being exposed to fumes on a plane at the Atlantic City Airport Sunday, Dec. 17, authorities said. The flight attendants were performing their preflight checks inside the empty Spirit Airlines aircraft when they were exposed to the fumes around 5:45 a.m., New Jersey State Police Detective Jeffrey Lebron said. They were taken to an area hospital for further medical evaluation. No further information was available.

4-Year-Old Boy Hurt, Man Dead In Belleville Shooting A 4-year-old boy was hurt and a man was killed in a Belleville shooting over the weekend, police said. Francis Medina, 37, was shot on the 100 block of Mill Street around 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 16, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II and Belleville Chief of Police Mark Minichini said. He was taken to Clara Maass Medical Center and pronounced dead at 3:17 p.m. The boy was taken to an area hospital, where he’s listed in stable condition. The investigation is active and ongoing. Three Stabbed In Arlington Building Stairwell: Police Three people were stabbed in fight between five people in Arlington Friday night, Dec. 15, police said. Reports of a stabbing in the stairwell of a building on the 5100 block of Columbia Pike came just before 6:10 p.m. Responding officers found a man suffering from a gash and immediately began rendering aid. 18-Year-Old Stabbed Dead In Jersey City An 18-year-old was stabbed dead Friday night, Dec. 15 in Jersey City, authorities said. Naseer Munroe was found with a stab wound to the torso on Duncan Avenue and Wilmont Street, around 8:55 p.m., Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
