Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories.

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

No Gun Found After Police Respond To Welfare Check At Western Mass Home Multiple police departments were on the scene of person potentially with a gun at a home in Western Massachusetts. Monson Police along with several neighboring departments responded to a well-being check at a home on May Hill Road around 5:30 p.m., Monson Police said on Facebook. Man Charged In Hit-Run That Killed 20-Year-Old Central Mass Woman A 24-year-old man has been charged in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash that took the life of a 20-year-old woman in Shrewsbury over the weekend, authorities said.
