Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories.

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

Man Shot Dead Inside Boston Barber Shop Authorities are investigating after a man was fatally shot inside a barber shop in Boston. Police responded to a call of a person shot at 145 Washington Street in Dorchester around 7:17 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 26, Boston Police report. This is the address for Celebrity Cuts Barbershop. 70-Year-Old Man Charged With Stabbing Incident At Tewksbury Home: Police A 70-year-old man is being held without bail after he was charged in connection with a stabbing incident at a Tewksbury home, authorities said. Worcester Man Pleads Guilty To Second-Degree Murder Of Vanessa Marcotte A 36-year-old Worcester man who pleaded not guilty to murdering a 27-year-old woman six years ago has pleaded to a lesser charge, authorities said. Angelo Colon-Ortiz pleaded guilty to the second-degree murder of Vanessa Marcotte in 2016, the Worcester County District Attorney's Office reports.
