Yolanda Tortolani, 96, Longtime Eastchester Resident EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- Yolanda Tortolani, a longtime resident of Eastchester, died on Wednesday, March 2. She was 96. Tortolani is survived by her children, Dr. Anthony Tortolani, John Tortolani and Dr. Paul Tortolani; 12 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. She was sister to the late Jean Greene, Joseph Vecciarelli, Edith Godina and Mario Vecciarelli. She was predeceased by her husband, Salvatore. New Canaan's Grace Farms Foundation Awards Space Grants NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- Grace Farms has announced its first round of "space grants" awarded to 42 nonprofits, including 10 national and 32 state and local organizations."The Foundation offers space grants instead of monetary grants to support existing organizations that can leverage the physical structure, staff and grounds of Grace Farms to succeed in meaningful work," the grant application notes. Stamford Beach Stickers Now Available Through New Online Permit System STAMFORD, Conn. -- The City of Stamford has announced that Stamford residents with vehicles registered in Stamford can now buy $25 beach stickers online. This season will run from May 1 to September 30. Attach the required documents and buy the stickers here. "I want to make access to beach stickers as easy as possible.
