Emerson Students Perform 'Mame' EMERSON, N.J. -- Emerson Junior Senior High School students will be performing "Mame" for their spring musical, beginning on Friday, March 4. The story follows an eccentric New York socialite and her orphaned nephew as they adventure through Manhattan during the times of the Great Depression. Showtimes are Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m, with a matinee performance on Saturday at 2 p.m. Tickets are $5 in advance or $10 at the door. Born in Albany, she grew up in Coxsackie and graduated from Coxsackie-Athens High School. She received her RN from the Ellis Hospital School of Nursing and a BS in nursing from Russell Sage College.
