Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories.

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

The threat was reported at Tufts' Medford/Somerville campus around 9 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 15, according to Tufts Police. Man Found Shot To Death In Boston: Police Authorities are investigating after a man was found shot to death in a Boston neighborhood. Police responded to a Shot Spotter activation in the area of 20 Kensington Street in Roxbury around 11:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 14, Boston Police report. 16-Year-Old Boy Killed In Overnight Stoughton Car Crash: DA's Office A 16-year-old boy has died in an overnight car crash in Stoughton, the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office reports. Ja’Zell Bentencourt, of Stoughton, was killed in the crash that happened on Sumner Street near the intersection with Ryan Road, the office reports. Initial investigation suggests his car drove off the road and hit a guardrail. Bentencourt, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene. The road was closed originally and has since reopened, the office reports. The crash remains under investigation.
