Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories.

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

69-Year-Old Woman Dies After Hit By Car In Salem Hospital Parking Lot: Police A 69-year-old woman has died after she was hit by a car in the parking lot of a Salem hospital this week, authorities said. Police responded to the crash at North Shore Physicians Group, located at 331 Highland Avenue, around 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 9, Salem Police report. The Dogwood In Boston's Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Closing After Nearly 30 Years A neighborhood eatery in a prime spot in one of Boston's most popular neighborhoods is closing after almost 30 years in business. 4 Workers Overdose At Charles Park Construction Site In Cambridge: Police Four Cambridge construction workers are recovering after they reportedly overdosed while on the job this week, authorities said. Cambridge Fire, EMS and Police responded to reports of multiple overdoses at a construction site at Charles Park in Cambridge just before noon on Friday, Dec. 9, Cambridge Police report. Upon arrival, crews found the four construction workers conscious and alert. They were taken to local hospitals where they are expected to recover. Revere Police Conducting Sweeps After Fentanyl Found In High School Classroom Revere Police will be conducting safety sweeps of the city's high school after fentanyl was found in the building this week. A baggie of the substance was found on a classroom floor at Revere High School on Wednesday, Dec. 7, WBZ-TV reports.
