Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories.

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

Lynn Man Gets Life In Prison For Fatally Shooting 25-Year-Old In 2018: DA A Lynn man will spend the rest of his life in prison without the option of parole for a triple shooting that killed one man in 2018, authorities said. Victor Figueroa-Flores, age 23, was sentenced after he was found guilty of the first-degree murder of Romel Danis, age 25, on Oct. 28, the Essex County District Attorney's Office reports.
