Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories. 

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

Man Stabbed In Winthrop: Police A man is in the hospital after being stabbed in Winthrop over the weekend, authorities said. Police responded to the stabbing on Shirley Street between Crystal Cove Street and Moore Street around 8 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 6, Winthrop Police Chief Terence Delehanty reports.  The man was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
