Three Hastings HS Students Named By National Hispanic Recognition Program HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- Three Hastings High School students have been named by the National Hispanic Recognition Program (NHRP) for their outstanding academic achievements. John Ceballos, Kate Gouran, and Grant Hevia scored in the top 2.5 percent among Hispanic and Latino students who took the Preliminary SAT/ National Merit Scholar Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) in the region. Mobile Shredder's Return To Briarcliff Tops Village Manager's Report BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. -- Westchester County is making its mobile shredder available to Briarcliff Manor residents from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, according to Village Manager Philip Zegarilli’s latest report. The shredder will be stationed near the front of the Youth Center at 5 Van Lu Van Road, Zegarilli said. Village residents can bring up to four file-size (10 inches by 12 inches by 15 inches) of personal documents to shred per household.
