Haworth Group Helps People Improve Public Speaking And Leadership Skills HAWORTH, N.J. -- Jim Tosone will be leading an improvisational workshop for Northern Valley Toastmasters on Monday, April 4. Toastmasters is a club to improve public speaking and leadership skills. Guests are always welcome and can come without providing advanced notice. Meetings are on the first and third Mondays of every month. The meetings are from 8-10 p.m., at the First Congregational Church, 276 Haworth Ave., in Haworth. Norwalk Police Offer Free Car-Seat Installation Help NORWALK, Conn. -- The Norwalk Department of Police offers free car-seat installations and inspection for Norwalk residents, by its nationally certified child passenger safety technicians.  Buckle Up for Life estimates that 75 percent of all child car seats in the U.S. are installed incorrectly. Car crashes are the number-one killer of kids under 12, the organization notes, but many such injuries and deaths are avoidable with proper safety.
