She was educated at the Urseline School in New Rochelle and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Manhattanville College in 1946. She spent her career in New York City in advertising and market research with both Roper Polling and Starch. She was an avid sailor and until recently was the longest living member of the Horseshoe Harbor Yacht Club in Larchmont. She also was a longtime hospice volunteer and did volunteer outreach for impoverished and homeless children in the Larchmont area. …
