Rockland Corrections Officer Files Lawsuit Claiming Discrimination RAMAPO, N.Y. — Rockland County Corrections Officer Frank Olivier filed a federal lawsuit against the the county corrections department, saying he was the victim of discrimination, lohud.com reports. A black corrections officer of Haitian descent, Olivier accuses Rockland County Sheriff Louis Falco of treating him unfairly, the article said. Falco is up for re-election Nov. 3.
