It's Ladies Only Bingo Night In Bedford Hills
BEDFORD, N.Y. – A Ladies Only Bingo Night takes place from 7 to 9:30 p.m. on Friday at the Bedford Hills Community House, 74 Main Street, Bedford Hills. REO Speedwagon Rocks Port Chester's Capitol Theatre
PORT CHESTER, N.Y. – REO Speedwagon performed its “Family First Tour” Oct. 20 at the Capitol Theatre, 149 Westchester Ave. in Port Chester. Fronted by Kevin Cronin, REO Speedwagon has been touring for more than 50 years and has sold more than 22 million albums. “Hi Infidelity” was the most popular rock album of 1981.

Putnam Paws Hosts Halloween Grand Opening
SOUTHEAST, N.Y. – A grand opening Halloween event for people and pets is planned from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 31, at Putnam Paws Doggy Daycare & Grooming, 1485 Route 22, in Southeast. Tappan Zee Bridge Adviser Brian Conybeare To Step Down
CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. – Former News 12 anchor Brian Conybeare, who was hired to explain the Tappan Zee Bridge project to the public, is leaving his position as special adviser, lohud.com reports. The 53-year-old Conybeare told Gov. Andrew Cuomo his last day would be Nov. 6, saying only that he wanted to explore other opportunities. According to the article he was hired three years ago. Man Charged With Felony DWI In Route 9 Stop
CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Manuel H. Niguela-Pesantez, 35, of Peekskill was arrested on Route 9 in Croton for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated Oct. 17, police said. New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks said they stopped the vehicle Niguela-Pesantez was operating for speeding and he was charged with Felony DWI when a criminal history revealed a previous DWI related conviction within the preceding 10 years. He was released on summonses pending a court appearance.
