Police: Bridgeport Man Stabbed To Death In Targeted Home Invasion BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – A 28-year-old man died at St. Vincent’s Hospital after he was found in his home Sunday night suffering from multiple stab wounds, Bridgeport police said. Officers responded to calls at 11:05 p.m. about an assault with a firearm on Goldenrod Avenue near Madison Avenue, police said.  Upon arrival, officers found a man suffering from multiple stab wounds to the chest, side and stomach, police said. Joshua Clayborne and Joseph Fleischer are accused of shoplifting $1,400 in clothes from the Polo section of Lord & Taylor, the NewsTimes.com said. Mohegan Lake Man, 28, Charged With DWI, Cocaine Possession CORTLANDT, NY – Sammy H. Saloot, 28, of Mohegan Lake was arrested Saturday, Oct. 17 for driving while intoxicated and criminal possession of a controlled substance on Red Mill Road in Cortlandt, police said. New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks said they stopped the vehicle Saloot was driving for an equipment violation. He was found to be intoxicated and in possession of cocaine, police said. He was released on summonses pending a court appearance.
