Baluha was born on April 23, 1940 to Cyril F. and Mary Bepko Baluha, graduating from Bullard Havens Technical School with a certificate in architectural drafting. Croton FD Aids In Aftermath Of Single-Vehicle Accident In Cortlandt CORTLANDT, N.Y. – New York State Police requested the help of the Croton-On-Hudson Fire Department and other services after a single-vehicle accident in Cortlandt early Sunday morning. The accident occurred around 3 a.m., and state police requested the aid of the fire department in searching for any occupants in the area with thermal imaging. After an hour, the search was called off by state police. Along with the fire department and state police, aid was given by Croton-On-Hudson Emergency Medical Services and Ossining Volunteer Ambulance Corps.

Michelle Raynor, 41, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and fourth-degree attempted grand larceny after police were called to a store on North Middletown Road in Pearl River, police said.
