Olympia R. Lanza, 97, Of Mamaroneck
MAMARONECK, N.Y. – Olympia R. Lanza, a lifelong resident of Mamaroneck, died on Feb. 21. She was 97.
She is survived by four children, Charles and his wife, Liz, Robert, Lois Sarlo and her husband, Robert, Joan Lanza-Cantiello and her husband, John, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Lanza was predeceased by her husband, Joseph and brothers, Joseph and Anthony DeLitta.
A visiting hour will be on Wednesday from 9 to 10 a.m. at Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home, at 767 East Boston Post Road in Mamaroneck, with a Funeral Mass following at 10:30 a.m. at St. Vito's R.C. Church. …

OSSINING, N.Y. – Raymond F. Henshaw of Ossining and formerly of Sleepy Hollow and Riverdale died Sunday, Feb. 21.
Henshaw graduated from Iona College and Seton Hall University, and worked in management consulting and operations management.
He is survived by wife, Peggy (nee O'Neill); seven children, Ray and wife Sandra, Chris and wife Heidi, Paul and wife Gina, Tom and wife Arleen, Cathy and husband Paul Padalino, Margaret, and Mary Beth and partner Adam John; and 12 grandchildren.

NORWALK, Conn. – Leonard F. Maar, Jr., of Norwalk, died on Feb. 17. He was 88.
Maar was born on April 27, 1927 to Leonard Frank Maar and Lillian Hibbert in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., serving in the Navy during World War II and surviving an attack on a submarine where his legs were crushed. He learned to walk normally after doctors told him he would never walk again.
He had a long and varied career, dabbling in journalism and public relations, and working for IBM, the Young President's Organization, and various advertising agencies.

NORWALK, Conn. – Joan Ellen Scordamaglia, of Norwalk and formerly of Brookhaven Hamlet, N.Y., died at her home on Monday, Feb. 15, She was 57.
Scordamaglia was born in Bellport, N.Y., on Nov. 13, 1958 to Dr. Louis and Elizabeth Scordamaglia, graduating from Bellport High School and Boston College and working for several firms as an accountant.
