Weston Man Charged Pot Possession In Wilton Parking Lot WILTON, Conn. – Wilton police charged two people with marijuana possession in a parking lot on Feb. 22. Both Donna Devaney, 60, of Ridgefield and Michal Kokot, 26, of Weston were arrested and charged with criminal possession, according to police. Police said they received a tip that a possible drug transaction was taking place in the parking lot of Carluzzi's on Danbury Road. When they arrived, three-quarters of an ounce of marijuana was found in Devaney's vehicle. Suffern Police Arrest Woman On DWI After Drinking In Public, Driving SUFFERN, N.Y. – A woman was arrested on Saturday, Feb. 27, and charged with driving while intoxicated after Suffern Police recognized her from an earlier incident that evening. An officer on patrol on Yorkshire Drive around 10:30 p.m. observed three people standing around a car drinking, and after issuing tickets, told them not to drive and get a ride. Some time later, officers noticed the same vehicle and stopped the driver, a 49-year old woman from New Paltz. She was recognized as one of the three who had earlier been issued tickets, and promptly charged with DWI.
