Manuel Collaguazo, 46, of Kingston, died when his car drifted into the southbound lane of Route 9 near Jean Drive and collided with an SUV, lohud.com said. Darien Selectmen Cut 2016-17 Budget Before Approval DARIEN, Conn. – The Darien Board of Selectmen approved a town budget of $44.9 million for 2016-17 at the latest board meeting, a decrease of 4.49 percent from the 2015-16 budget, according to the Darien Times.
