Rye Smoke Shop Survives On Month-To-Month Basis RYE, N.Y. – After a tumultuous few years battling threats of being shut down, the Rye Smoke Shop is still operating without a lease. Greenburgh Council Will Vote On Butterfly Arbor For Nature Center GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- The Greenburgh Nature Center has asked the Town Board to approve a resolution Wednesday authorizing the tax-free construction of a butterfly arbor at the center. The Town Board is expected to approve the request at its Wednesday night meeting. Private donations, not taxpayer dollars, will be used to pay for this enhancement.
