State Attorney General Suing Nyack Head Shop NYACK, N.Y. – A head shop on South Broadway in Nyack is the center of a lawsuit filed by state Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman, lohud.com says. According to LoHud, investigators began investigating Liquid Glass Shop, 66 S. Broadway, after a Suffern resident reported her son collapsed after inhaling a substance purchased at the store. Officials are accusing the business of selling synthetic hallucinogenic substances that can have deadly effects, lohud.com reports. Children and adults can experience a ride on a fire truck, view equipment and share other activities with the fire department. Nicholas Markets was founded in 1943 by N. Nicholas Maniaci and is still owned by the Maniaci family, a long-time member of the Foodtown grocery cooperative group, northjersey.com says.  The sale is subject to court approval.
