He was 74.  He was the proprietor of several liquor stores in the Bronx and later worked as a supervisor for the U.S. Postal Service. Fire Reveals Possible Marijuana Grow House In Yonkers YONKERS, N.Y. – Signs of a possible marijuana grow house were reportedly discovered following an early morning Park Hill Avenue home fire on Oct. 6, police said. Approximately 5:39 a.m., the Yonkers Fire Department and Yonkers Police Department responded to 23 Park Hill Avenue on a report of a structure fire. The fire was subsequently extinguished and no serious injuries were reported at the scene. Lewisboro Library Installs Custom Bricks LEWISBORO, N.Y. -- More than 200 custom engraved bricks were installed last weekend in the front of the library, 15 Main St. Orders are now being taken for the next installation. Anyone can still become a permanent part of the new Lewisboro Library by buying an inscribed brick to be placed along the Reader's Walkway.
